The Great Basin LCC supports critical conservation research that addresses our science and traditional knowledge priorities. Supporting Knowledge Discovery

The Great Basin LCC supports knowledge discovery using a combination of approaches. First, we find opportunities to support targeted projects or activities by leveraging networks and available resources. Second, we support a formal competitive funding process with extensive expert reviews. Through these processes, the Great Basin LCC is pushing the envelope and anticipating emerging landscape-scale science and management needs.
